Spaghetti Day

I was a little worried about this one because I eat edamame spaghetti and wasn't sure it qualified until I read this... The word “spaghetti” is plural for the Italian word spaghetto, which is a diminutive of spago, meaning “thin  string” or “twine”. Not sure why it's celebrated on January 4.

But there you go. Matters not what it's made of, as long as it represents thin string or twine. Wish you could have joined me because the whole meal was delicious.  Costco salmon is the best and microwaveable. I love Costco!
