I always keep frozen flatbreads from Trader Joe's in my freezer because they're delicious, quick and easy. For dinner tonight I had mushroom truffle and it was great!
Surgery went well, but this patch over my eye is so annoying. Luckily my appointment tomorrow is at 9, so I don't have to wear it much longer. I can't take the dogs out because I can't bend over to pick up poop and they're chomping at the bit. Glory hasn't left my side since after lunch. Oh well, they could have it much worse. Actually they have, since I got them both from a shelter and I wish they could remember that so they'd appreciate what they've got.
