Food Day

When I first saw this, I was so excited... any food I wanted? And then, sadly, I read what it was about. Food Day is all about “cutting back on sugar drinks, overly salted packaged foods and fatty, factory-farmed meats in favor of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and sustainably raised protein.” I'm super glad this was on a Monday after a weekend of junk food because I always behave myself on Mondays, which I did today. I won't bore you with the list of healthy foods I had, but believe me, I celebrated Food Day correctly.

Thomas and I are working on multiplication tables... God bless us all!
