Again... this one was a stretch. I didn't have any pasta but coincidentally had some leftovers of wonton soup from our Chinese dinner on Friday. Technically, wonton wrappers aren't pasta, but let's face it... pasta and these wrappers are basically both made from flour and water. And the soup from this restaurant is amazing. It even has shrimp swimming around in it (maybe not actually swimming since they were dead). I loved it, as did the dogs because they got all the extra juice.
Thomas was a bit of a wild man this afternoon, mainly due to Halloween and Pokemon. Several of his word problems referenced Halloween and pieces of candy, which started him explaining to me about trick or treating in his neighborhood. And other problems were about Pokemon cards which really got him wound up. I learned a lot of unnecessary information, but at least the problems held his interest. Good teacher!
