Good one! I love hummus and before I even knew what I'd be celebrating today, I had hummus for lunch. How I love hummus and normally even make my own, but occasionally get a little lazy and buy some. I bought a very large container at Costco not too long ago and enjoy it several times a week. Best use of garbanzo beans there is, in my opinion. And I'm glad they have their own day.
I really appreciate the comments I had for yesterday's post. I put it on Facebook, too, after much deliberation with myself. But it's something I feel strongly about and although I realize many people who read it may not agree with me, at least I got no negative responses. Love is love. Let's spread it as far as we can!
